Both options are welcome! However, for bridal packages, hair color treatments and facials, we strongly recommend booking 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time. For quick services like threading or blow dry, walk-ins are usually accommodated same-day.
How long does it take to confirm my appointment?
After sending your WhatsApp booking request, our team typically responds within 30 minutes during salon hours (10AM–10PM). You will receive a confirmation message with your appointment details.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
No problem — just WhatsApp or call us at least 3 hours before your appointment time and we will happily rearrange your slot. For bridal bookings, please give us at least 48 hours notice.
Is a deposit required to book an appointment?
For standard services, no deposit is required — your WhatsApp confirmation is sufficient. For full bridal packages, a small advance deposit may be requested to secure your wedding date. Our team will inform you when booking.
